This place is probably one of the most lux and friendly experiences I’ve had. Tahnee took her time and listened to what I wanted and really delivered. She also gave the best brow and temple massage at the end, I felt so relaxed! Additionally, She made the time to consult me about some skin concerns I had and gave excellent advice. Will definitely come again - Super friendly staff!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Loren made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. My brows look amazing. I will be back. Mum got a deluxe facial. She was absolutely over the moon with her facial. We will definitely be regulars. I cannot recommend this company any more ❤️

The ladies at Alchemy were very accommodating. 2 of us booked in for make-up for a formal event and Izzy did a fabulous job and worked with us to achieve our desired looks. It made for a really fun experience getting ready together and my make-up lasted all night.

Had a fantastic experience at Alchemy. Leigh took good care of me and listened to me about the way I wanted my eyebrows to be shaped and was meticulous and careful. Was 100% worth the extra money to get a truly luxurious eyebrow and lash treatment!

I have struggled over the last few years with getting my eyebrows waxed. Everywhere I went I got a really bad reaction where the skin ripped off and was very painful. After moving to Canberra I began to look for somewhere where this wouldn't be an issue, however the first place I went the same thing happened 😞. After chatting on Instagram with the owner of Alchemy, I booked in for my first session but was very nervous due to my previous bad experiences. Lily was so kind and reassuring at my first appointment and she waxed my eyebrows with no reaction at all! I was so relieved to find somewhere to get my eyebrows done in Canberra and look forward to my future appointments 😍🤩.

I had my second lash lift and brow lamination with Izzy. Really happy with the results again. I’m pretty fussy with my lashes and after my usual lash lady closed business, I was nervous to find a replacement! The first treatment I had with Izzy a few months ago, my lashes grew out really nicely (no frazzled lashes). I only just got this second treatment done but I’m really happy with the shape of both lashes and brows so far. They provide a little sample of after care products and lash brush which is appreciated. Also, really efficient with time- only took about 50mins.

My experience at the Lab was an excellent one. Having tried a few other places with not so good results, I randomly chose this place and so glad I did. Firstly, the place looks amazing. Secondly, the consultant took the time to sit with me to understand what look I was wanting. Then throughout the whole process, the person explained to me every step that they were taking. I was very happy with the results and look forward to my next appointment.

Best brows I’ve had for a while. Had to find a new place after my long term brow artist finished her career. So happy with the result. Able to add a touch of auburn to match my hair colour and so precise and attention to detail. The lash tint didn’t even sting which I’ve never had before, usually it does . This will be my new brow home 💓
